WHAT DOES IT TAKE to become one of the NBA's best rebounders?

That's what we wondered, too. So we sat down with Tyson, the second-ranked rebounder in the NBA in 2006-2007  -- and the league's #1 offensive rebounder -- to find out.

In this exclusive interview, Tyson talks about strategy at both ends of the floor, the player he hates to rebound against most (think big), and the two players he loves to get the better of on the boards.

1. Last season you experienced a dramatic increase in the number of rebounds you were getting per game. By the end of the season, you were the #2 rebounder in the NBA, and the #1 offensive rebounder. What did you do to improve your rebounding ability?

"I've always been one of the top rebounders in the game..."

2. When you first entered the league in the 2001-2002 season, you were coming straight out of high school. What did you learn about working the glass that first season?
