Tyson and the Hornets' season has come down to one game.

The big man was on his game Thursday night, going for 14 points, six boards (two offensive) and two blocks, but it wasn't enough to stop the San Antonio Spurs as they beat the Hornets, 99-80, in Game six of their Western Conference semifinal series.

Ty showed no ill effects from the sprained toe he suffered in game five, as he moved extremely well and was able to play almost 40 minutes. The injury certainly didn't affect his hops, as he connected with Hornets point guard Chris Paul on two of their trademark alley-oops, and was able to throw down his dunks with his usual force

It's been a series filled with outstanding third quarter performances by both teams, and Thursday night, it was the Spurs who put the Hornets away with a great third period, outscoring them 20-12.

How can Peja become more effective in Game &

Tyson,

Has Byron Scott ever considered using Peja to screen for Chris Paul by the 3 point line, to free him up from Bruce Bowen? This way, Bowen will have to switch to guard CP3, and Peja will have someone else guarding him at the 3 point line. Then, CP3 could drive to shoot, pass to Peja, or pass to other Hornets like throwing a lob for you or kicking it to West for a 15-20 foot shot. I just think you guys have to use Peja differently. Also, take a chapter out of Richard Hamilton's page, and have Peja run baseline to get some screens? What do you think?
