A number of you have written into the site to say thanks to Tyson -- we wanted to say thanks in return for your support, and to offer a selection of the best e-mails.

Beth from Kenner, Louisiana, wrote:

Just wanted to say "thanks" for a great season!!!!! I can't wait for next year. We're so proud to be able to call the Hornets our team. You are an amazing player. I'm going to miss watching you play until next season, especially when you do the alley-oops, which is my favorite. Well, take care and God bless you and your family.

No real question here, just want to thank you, Tyson, for the great season you and the team gave us in New Orleans.  We were happy that you accomplished all that you did, and that the team gave this city something positive to hold on to after the Katrina doldrums.  It was nice to have good things to look forward to each and every week.  Your success on and off the court is an inspiration to everyone in the city, and we know that it speaks for the goodness of your character and professionalism you exude.  We also know that good things will always happen to you and your family, and please stay in New Orleans for as long as you can.

Susan Lackey is already looking ahead:

Thank you for a wonderful season and experience.  You are truly exciting to watch, and I can't wait until next year!  I am so proud of all you and the rest of the team have done.  GO HORNETS!
